Refund and Cancellation policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can request a refund or cancel our services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Agreement

When you engage our services, a Service Agreement will be signed or agreed upon, which will detail the specific services provided, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. This policy forms a part of that agreement.

3. Cancellation Policy

​

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you wish to cancel our services, you must notify us in writing at least 15 business days before the scheduled start date of the service. Any cancellation request made within this period will be subject to the following conditions:

    • Before Service Commencement: If the cancellation is made before the commencement of the service, we will provide a full refund of any advance payments made, minus any processing fees that may apply.

    • After Service Commencement: If the service has already commenced, you will be liable for payment of the services rendered up to the point of cancellation, and no refund will be provided.

  • Company-Initiated Cancellation: In the rare event that we need to cancel our services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reschedule the service or receive a full refund of any advance payments made.

4. Refund Policy

​

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available if the service has not been provided as agreed upon in the Service Agreement or if there is a significant deviation from the agreed scope of work. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 business days from the date the issue was first identified.

We will review your request and provide a resolution within 15 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to administrative fees, setup fees, and any costs incurred on your behalf that are non-recoverable.

We reserve the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing or via email. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
